Army releases NEPA draft Environmental Assessment on proposed sites for Middletown Armed Forces Reserve Center

LOUISVILLE, KY – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has released the National Environmental Policy Act Draft Environmental Assessment for the proposed Middletown Armed Forces Reserve Center for a 30-day comment period.
